Google Blog Search - online research tool


Google Blog Search uses Google’s search technology to index and display content from blogs around in the world, in a variety of languages. It’s useful for finding popular stories in given categories and an on certain topics. You can also find out what the popular blog searches are.

Go to http://blogsearch.google.com to get started. You can search topics by keyword phrase:



By clicking “Advanced Blog Search”, you can refine your search by specifying exactly how close the search must match your keyword phrase, date published, language and more.

You can also review blog posts by category. The categories are listed on the left side of the page:



Right below the categories list on the left side, you’ll see an RSS option. You can subscribe to the RSS feed of each category’s top stories. Just go to the category page and click the “RSS” link:




When you are on a category page, on the right side of the page, you’ll find “hot queries” showing what topics people are searching for:
